Achieved Goals:-

  1. Prepared the core team.
  2. Secured a location for the project.
  3. Developed the master plan and platform.
  4. Designed the project logo.
  5. Initiated construction of the office, plant tissue culture lab, and training unit.
  6. Established international partnerships and collaborated with UEL through the Sister City Program.

Future Goals:-

  1. Complete the remaining project units.
  2. Transform the workshop and training unit into a dedicated training and development center.
  3. Construct a multi-span greenhouse.
  4. Establish a microgreens production unit.
  5. Set up a mushroom production unit.
  6. Create an Ecofriendly packing unit.
  7. Build a cold storage facility.
  8. Expand the project area to include fruit orchards and field crop cultivation.
